Launching iPay Mobile version 5.3.7, VietinBank has led the trend and brought many great features, utilities and experiences exclusively for priority customers.

At the beginning of May 2022, VietinBank has deployed iPay Mobile version 5.3.7 with features and interfaces exclusively for priority customer, including: priority customer class identification, dedicated staff information and priority customer privileges... Accordingly, just click on the profile picture right on the "Home", priority customer will immediately experience the interface just for priority customer.

With the IDENTIFICATION feature, customers can know their class through the image of "Virtual Card" with separate color design, modern image, and clear information.

With the Privileges feature, the privilege information is displayed in detail, complete, and scientific to help priority customer understand the benefits exclusively for themselves as well as those of higher ranks. In addition, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tier customers will also receive smart upgrade suggestions to actively upgrade and enjoy better privileges and incentives. 

Besides, the new version also provides priority customers Platinum and Diamond tier with the feature of displaying dedicated staff information. These are the staff appointed and assigned by the bank to take care of each VIP customer. In case of need, priority customers can directly contact the staff for advice, answer financial solutions, products and services as well as receive the latest incentives.
